1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering cost, civil engineering related major;
2. More than 5 years working experience; more than 3 years working experience in the same position in large and medium-sized enterprises, with registered cost engineer certificate is preferred;
3. Familiar with bidding, visa, pre settlement and other work processes, at least completed a project related work, and skilled in the use of Guanglianda software.
4. Have strong ability of organization, coordination, communication, negotiation and pressure resistance.
1、及時(shí)掌握有關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、法規(guī)的變化，如人工費(fèi)、材料費(fèi)等費(fèi)用的調(diào)整，及時(shí)分析提供調(diào)整后的數(shù)據(jù)；
2、協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理編制施工圖（施工）預(yù)算，正確計(jì)算工程量及套用定額，做好工料分析，并及時(shí)做好預(yù)算主要實(shí)物量對(duì)比工作；
3、施工過程中要及時(shí)收集技術(shù)變更和簽證單，并依次進(jìn)行登記編號(hào)，及時(shí)做好增減帳，作為工程決算的依據(jù)；
4、協(xié)助部門主管正確及時(shí)編制竣工決算，隨時(shí)掌握預(yù)算成本、實(shí)際成本，做到心中有數(shù)；
1、工程造價(jià)、工民建相關(guān)專業(yè)，大專以上學(xué)歷，持有注冊(cè)造價(jià)工程師證；
2、2年以上同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉項(xiàng)目的預(yù)決算流程及工程合同等；
3、具備較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)、統(tǒng)籌計(jì)劃及抗壓能力，工作認(rèn)真，吃苦耐勞。
1、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制，負(fù)責(zé)組織編制項(xiàng)目季度、月度、周進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制，并對(duì)執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、檢查和調(diào)整
2、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場材料及物資設(shè)備的計(jì)劃審核、調(diào)配和管理，全面負(fù)責(zé)開展生產(chǎn)工作；
3、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目勞務(wù)日常生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)和管理；
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織現(xiàn)場按照施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、施工方案、技術(shù)交底進(jìn)行施工；協(xié)助總工解決工程中的技術(shù)問題；
5、負(fù)責(zé)組織現(xiàn)場落實(shí)各項(xiàng)工程質(zhì)量、安全、文明施工要求。
1、工民建相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、5年以上施工現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上大中型企業(yè)同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；持有一級(jí)或以上建造師資格證優(yōu)先;
3、熟悉施工現(xiàn)場資源投入和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營；
4、具備較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力、統(tǒng)籌計(jì)劃能力以及抗壓能力。
